Depending on the date, it’s best to reserve your DJ 9-12 months in advance. Most couples book their DJ right after securing their venue.

Once you’ve secured your event date and location, you’ll want to find your entertainment. Weekend dates go quickly, so reserve early. Weekdays usually offer more flexibility.
Event Coordination
DJ Franco Events can provide day-of coordination. Our DOC team will manage your timeline, communicate with your vendors, set up decor, manage your ceremony, and keep your reception running smoothly.
About two months before your wedding, we’ll review your vendor contracts, build your timeline, confirm details, and prepare for your ceremony rehearsal. This prep work will make your wedding day feel effortless and stress-free.
Whether it’s a wedding, corporate holiday party, nonprofit gala, or milestone celebration, DJ Franco Events is there to handle the details.
While you may not sit down with our coordinator until two months before your wedding, you want to reserve your DOC as soon as possible, at least six months out.
Videography
Yes. Our in-house videography team can produce cinema coverage of your wedding day, including drone footage (if permitted).
The DJ Franco Events team can shoot and produce either a 1-2 hour documentary or a 9-10 minute highlight film (great for showing family and friends).
Two videographers will be on hand to capture your love story in the style you prefer. Extensive coverage, professional editing, with audio from vows and toasts.

Karaoke and silent disco are popular wedding after-party entertainment. And casino tables can be used for non-profit gala entertainment and fundraising.
Yes! DJ Franco Events carries both the stand-along selfie station as well as the 360-degree photo booth experience. All packages include four hours.
Give your dance floor night club energy with a color-changing LED dance floor. Folks love an audio guest book for a wedding. And put your occasion up in lights with a custom neon sign.
Event Finishing Touches
