We were looking forward to having a wedding in Texas but due to unexpected circumstances we decided to do it locally instead. We booked in October 2025 & cancelled in December 2025. Given the over 10 months of notice of the wedding, we had anticipated some form of compensation. However, we were mistaken. We decided to pay $2,771 in full and were informed that it was non-refundable. They assured us that we could sell the credit, which was an unprecedented approach. Reluctantly, I decided to give it a try. After months of unsuccessful attempts and advice from others who had had similar experiences, others realized there was no point in booking with this company. Please don’t make this mistake like we did.
