At DJ Franco Events, we start working with you weeks in advance to understand your vision, organize details, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

A full‑service planner helps design, source, and plan your wedding from start to finish. A DOC focuses specifically on executing your vision.

Even though it’s called “day‑of,” coordination typically begins about two months before the wedding. That’s when we review your vendor contracts, build your timeline, confirm details, and prepare for rehearsal. This prep work is what makes the wedding day feel effortless.

DJ Franco Events includes ceremony rehearsal management and full ceremony coordination. We line up the wedding party, cue the music, communicate with your officiant, and make sure everyone knows where to be and when. This is one of the most valuable parts of coordination — and not all DOCs include it.

Your coordinator manages the entire flow of the day: vendor arrivals, setup, décor placement, timeline pacing, ceremony direction, reception transitions, and packing up your personal items at the end of the night.
